No attorney-client relationship

Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or otherwise communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only by a written engagement agreement signed by both you and the firm, after we have completed a conflict check and agreed to take your case.

We nonetheless treat inquiries about potential cases as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deadlines are real — do not rely on this site

Medical malpractice claims are governed by strict filing deadlines (statutes of limitation and repose) that vary by jurisdiction and by the facts of the case.
